We're looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager who can help us scale as we build the next generation of private cloud solutions. You'll work directly with senior leadership and engineering teams to drive strategic initiatives, establish operational excellence, and create the processes, frameworks, and best practices that enable a growing cloud organization to execute efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that support the growth and evolution of our cloud infrastructure platform.
  • Design and implement program management frameworks, governance models, and operating mechanisms that support a rapidly growing organization.
  • Establish repeatable processes for planning, prioritization, reporting, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner directly with leadership to identify strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
  • Translate company objectives and OKRs into executable roadmaps, plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and organizational bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
  • Communicate program status, milestones, decisions, and risks to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Create scalable systems that improve visibility, transparency, accountability, and execution consistency.
  • Partner with engineering teams to understand technical tradeoffs, dependencies, architecture considerations, and operational impacts.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve planning, reporting, documentation, and execution.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Product Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven success leading large-scale, complex programs across multiple engineering teams and business functions.
  • Experience managing strategic initiatives involving cloud infrastructure, software platforms, distributed systems, or engineering organizations.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, hosting infrastructure, DevOps practices, distributed systems, and systems engineering principles.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across organizations without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as OpenStack, Kubernetes, virtualization platforms, networking, storage systems, automation frameworks, and public cloud services.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Understanding of governance, compliance, security, and risk management within cloud environments.
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or related certifications preferred.
