What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure promotion of the right online order platform for each customer maximizing customer experience and optimal revenue generation while balancing the overall cost to serve.
  • Coordinate, expedite, and manage print implementation from customer signed proposal through set-up on web ordering platform.
  • Improve implementation timeline through effective project management & collaboration with internal and external customers.
  • Verify that all of the required information for the implementation is available and accurate, including pricing, specifications, artwork, customer requirements, etc.
  • Collaborate with Print & Marketing Account Executives as the resident online print specialist, partner on the best program solution.
  • Verify that all the required information for the implementation is available and accurate, including pricing, specifications, artwork, customer requirements, etc.
  • Lead implementations call with customer, vendor, and sales team to gather specific details concerning the set-up of print program items; responsible for distributing recap notes of the implementation call.
  • Follow-up with the customer, implementation team members, and/or sales team to collect missing information.

 

What you bring to the table:

  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Flexible team player with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, functioning in a fast-paced environment under regular time pressures
  • Capable of working efficiently in team and independent situations
  • Ability to consistently communicate effectively with customer, vendors, and associates
  • Understanding of industry equipment, software, and web solutions and how they work together
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong computer and web skills with an ability to learn new systems and tools quickly

Qualifications:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of relevant print/digital copy experience (customer service, sales, project management), preferably with business-to-business customers

 

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • XMPie uStore experience
  • Print experience
  • Previous project management experience
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
