What you’ll be doing:

The Print Support Project Manager is responsible for simultaneously managing multiple Print Program Implementations of high-level customers (Fortune 1000 companies) for the Business Development team and other large print programs. They will lead and coordinate internally with key partners in sales, operations, and eCommerce, as well as externally with print vendors, to make sure required program information is gathered and communicated, resulting in implementations that are accurate and meets desired customer timeline. They will interact directly with the customer and serve as the primary contact for implementation specific questions and problem resolution.

Duties & Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria at project initiation.
  • Identify, secure, and manage resource requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned and key milestones are achieved.
  • Lead implementation activities with both internal and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
  • Manage project changes, risks, and interventions to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Escalate implementation risks proactively and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify obstacles and implement process improvements for future projects.
  • Communicate daily, weekly, and milestone-based project updates to stakeholders regarding implementation progress and performance metrics.

Program Implementation & Customer Support

  • Coordinate and expedite print program implementations from customer quote acceptance through setup and deployment on the web ordering platform.
  • Manage complex implementation requirements for strategic accounts, including product kitting, inventory transfers, warehousing logistics, assortment management, third-party punchout integrations, and other program management activities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant on print program requirements, processes, and best practices.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations based on proven business models and industry best practices.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through direct interaction, proactive communication, and successful program execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of customer solutions.

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and implementation documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Establish and monitor implementation benchmarks and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence.
  • Document lessons learned and apply process improvements to future implementations and customer programs

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Partner with customers to gather requirements, communicate project status, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Coordinate projects with Sales Representatives and support customer objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to secure resources, align timelines, and achieve project goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships to track progress, resolve issues, and meet deadlines.
  • Provide project updates, risk assessments, and root cause analysis to Sales Leadership.
  • Navigate internal departments and influence stakeholders to drive results and maintain customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience leading or supporting project management initiatives.
  • Experience working within a sales-driven organization and partnering directly with sales teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in print, promotional products, or related program implementation environments.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Power BI.
  • Technical troubleshooting experience and the ability to resolve system or process-related issues.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting or exceeding deadlines.
  • Experience supporting complex customer implementations and coordinating cross-functional resources.

**The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
