Our Mission:

Omnea is the agentic operating system for procurement.

Procurement touches every pound a business spends, yet requests still stall for weeks and approvals get lost in inboxes. Our AI-first platform changes that: our agents capture requests, route approvals, onboard suppliers, flag risk and track every renewal, while anyone in the business can ask a question and get an answer grounded in their own company’s data. Buying becomes painless for everyone, procurement gets a seat at the table, and our customers have saved more than 100,000 hours of manual work so far.

Companies like Spotify, PayPal, T. Rowe Price, JustEat, Adyen and S&P Global run procurement on Omnea. We’re backed by $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners and Accel, and we’ve been named the UK’s number one startup in the Startups 100, ranked 11th on Sifted’s 2026 list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, and recognised as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies.

Talent density matters more to us than almost anything else. We keep the bar high in every team, so everyone here has real ownership and real impact. Our team is full of former founders and operators who’ve scaled unicorns, and we’re looking for people who want to do the best work of their careers alongside them.

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for commercially sharp, tenacious operators who are exceptional at building relationships to further accelerate our Private Equity Partnerships motion. We are open to hiring multiple roles here across London, New York and Austin at varying levels of seniority depending on experience.

You'll build, operationalise and deepen our most important external relationships and help turn PE partnerships into a repeatable, scalable source of revenue. We've seen early success with partner-led growth — particularly through private equity firms recommending Omnea to their portfolio companies, and consultancies collaborating with Omnea on enterprise clients — and are now scaling this into a core growth engine.

What You Can Expect

This role is highly execution-oriented, with direct ownership over two key areas of Omnea's partnerships motion:

  • You'll hunt new private equity relationships — defining your priorities, finding creative ways in, and building the case for why Omnea is worth recommending to their portfolio

  • You'll operationalise our existing PE partnerships — managing the relationship day-to-day, driving portfolio company introductions, and ensuring partners see consistent value from working with Omnea

  • You'll organise ecosystem building events for the private equity and portfolio community

  • You'll be accountable for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, helping unlock new opportunities and improve win rates across deals

  • You'll work hands-on with the Sales team on live deals and work with partners to build unfair advantages to drive joint wins, then codifying what works into repeatable playbooks

  • You'll partner with our Customer Success and Marketing teams to build out the customer stories and ROI metrics that give private equity partners the quantitative proof points they need to keep recommending Omnea, strengthening the flywheel

About you
  • You have 2–6 years of experience in high-performance, fast-moving environments

  • You've spent your early career in strategy consulting, investment banking, or investing, and/or you have commercial experience in a fast-moving startup or scale-up in a quota-carrier, account management or partnerships role

  • You've got a track record of exceptional performance, whether it's in academia, work, sport, or whatever else you've put your mind to

  • You're deeply commercial and outcome-oriented, able to move from relationship management to execution and measurable impact

  • You have the communication skills and polish to work confidently with senior stakeholders across PE firms

  • You're intellectually sharp and able to quickly understand complex products, simplifying problems into clear next steps, deal strategy, or product feedback

  • You're ambitious and competitive, thrive on responsibility, and are motivated by building something meaningful in a high-ownership environment

  • You perform best in environments that demand speed, accountability, and autonomy, and you care deeply about building something that lasts

At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out.

A few things to note:
  • We offer competitive geo-localised benefits, and you can check out our UK Benefits Package here and our US Benefits Package here.

  • We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices. At this early stage of our company life-cycle it's important to us that we get this together-time, and you can read more about why we believe this is a winning move here

  • We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise! We're actively seeking folks looking to make the most of a career-defining opportunity, with the hunger to be part of building something really impressive. You can see our values here and our Omnea Future Founder's fund here!

  • We sometimes use AI note-takers to help us transcribe interview notes, so we can be more present in your interview. If you'd like to opt out of us using automatic transcribers, please note this in the free text field in your application, otherwise we'll take your application as confirmation that you're happy for us to use notetakers (whether added to video calls or in the background).

We are proud to be recognised for both our culture and product, and we are just getting started. Join us as we grow!
