Position Overview

The Process Associate will be responsible for managing employee attendance systems, monitoring workplace compliance, maintaining access and security records, and supporting daily operational activities. This role requires close coordination with HR, IT, and Security teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to company policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesAttendance Monitoring
  • Track and record employee attendance on a daily basis.
  • Verify punctuality, absences, and late arrivals.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
  • Share attendance reports with HR and management teams.
CCTV & Surveillance Management
  • Monitor CCTV systems to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
  • Report suspicious activities or security breaches immediately.
  • Maintain logs of surveillance recordings as required.
Login/Logout Management
  • Track employee login and logout times accurately.
  • Maintain shift-wise working hour records.
  • Identify discrepancies in attendance or login/logout timings.
  • Coordinate with HR for corrections and approvals.
Alarm & Access Control Management
  • Maintain and manage alarm system codes and access permissions.
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive access information.
  • Update access lists and alarm codes as per company policies.
Operational Support
  • Assist HR and Operations teams with attendance-related queries.
  • Maintain records related to attendance, access control, and employee logs.
  • Support onboarding activities related to system access setup.
  • Assist during internal audits and compliance reviews.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Maintain organized records of attendance, login/logout data, and access logs.
  • Provide required reports during audits and internal reviews.
Support & Coordination
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and Security teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide support to employees regarding attendance and access-related concerns.
  • Assist management in resolving attendance or access discrepancies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in process operations, attendance management, administration, or coordination roles.
  • Experience working with attendance systems, reporting tools, or monitoring systems will be an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of workplace compliance and operational procedures.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
