Equivalent combinations of education, training, certifications, and relevant experience will be considered. The position may be adjusted based on the selected candidate’s experience and demonstrated capabilities.

  • Experience supporting large infrastructure, transportation, utility, facilities, or public-sector capital programs.
  • Experience developing system standards, templates, governance procedures, training materials, or implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with data migration, system integrations, reporting tools, change management, or user-adoption initiatives.
