Boeing Global Services (BGS) Distribution Business is looking for Procurement Agent (Associate, Experienced, and Expert) to support our team in Dallas, TX or San Antonio, TX.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry, Associate and Experienced Level Procurement Agents.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
  • Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
  • Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
  • Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of total related experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Strategic Sourcing practices and processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree - Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field of study
  • 7+ years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
  • 7+ years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
  • 7+ years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts
  • Experience in US-Government, FAR-compliant proposals
  • Experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
  • Experience drafting, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontracts
  • MRO/Services experience

Export Control:
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, if applicable.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Associate level: $69,700 - $101-200
Summary pay range for Experienced level: $88,400 - $127,650
Summary pay range for Expert level: $110,500 - $159,850
