Position Summary
We are looking for a Procurement Analyst Intern to help us improve how we track company spending and manage performance metrics. This role is focused on data integrity and visualization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Spend Dashboard Development: Consolidate and clean large sets of purchasing data to build interactive dashboards. You will help visualize Who, What, and Where we spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Contract Performance Tracking: Analyze the Cycle Time of our end to end procurement process & build a tracking dashboard
  • Process Bottleneck Analysis: Identify stages in the procurement process that cause delays and provide data-backed suggestions on how to speed them up.
  • Data Integrity: Audit and scrub procurement databases to ensure all information is accurate, categorized correctly, and up to date.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Data Visualization are a must).
    • Familiarity with BI tools (like Tableau or Power BI) is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: A knack for spotting patterns in messy data and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Integrity: High level of ethical standards, as you will be dealing with sensitive financial information and vendor contracts.
