We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated Procurement Coordinator to support procurement, inventory management, and master data governance across our Telecom, Water, and Power operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new things every day, and taking ownership of important business functions. The work is detail-intensive, fast-paced, and requires a high degree of accuracy, initiative, and accountability.
We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual who is committed to continuous improvement and willing to put in the effort required to become an expert in a complex and demanding industry.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in Telecom, Water, and Power construction materials and their applications.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, warehouse teams, and vendors to support successful project execution.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability across projects and warehouse locations.
  • Review project Bills of Materials (BOMs) and bidding packages, and coordinate procurement requirements with operations and business development teams.
  • Maintain and improve item master data and naming standards within Utilities One’s Single Source of Truth (SSOT).
  • Analyze spreadsheets, inventory reports, and procurement data to identify discrepancies, trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure materials, pricing, vendors, and inventory transactions are correctly entered and maintained within company systems.

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to continuously learn, improve, and expand technical knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Telecom, Water Utility, or Electric Utility construction materials.
  • Experience in procurement, inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing item master data, inventory records, or procurement databases.

Work schedule:
Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00
