This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX

How You Will Make an Impact

As the Procurement Intern, you will be a part of a rapidly growing organization and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Procurement and Supply Chain, while contributing to the growth and success of a dynamic business. This internship will introduce many facets of Procurement – Data Analysis, Vendor Onboarding, Product Sourcing, and cross functionalization projects across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Researching, collecting, and analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier performance, and market trends.
  • Supplier Management: Assisting with supplier selection, onboarding, and maintaining vendor databases.
  • Transactional Support: Processing purchase orders (POs), managing invoices, and supporting the "Purchase to Pay" process.
  • Sourcing: Assisting in the development of Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
  • Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams (finance, logistics, production) to align procurement with business goals. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data manipulation). Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor) is highly valued.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and think on your feet
  • Individuals with leadership experience preferred
