About the role
We are looking for a technically strong, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy Procurement OS&E Manager to join our high-end hospitality team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end procurement of OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) for ultra-luxury hospitality projects, from concept design alignment through sourcing, logistics, installation, and operational handover.
You will collaborate closely with design teams, operators, project managers, contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners, ensuring that all OS&E packages meet the highest standards of quality, brand alignment, budget control, and operational efficiency—particularly in remote and complex locations.
Requirements
- Formal studies in one of the following fields: Hospitality and Tourism, Hospitality Management / General Management (hospitality-focused), Procurement or Supply Chain Management for Hospitality, Retail Management (with strong exposure to hospitality)
- 10+ years of experience in OS&E procurement for luxury hospitality projects
- Proven experience working with ultra-luxury or high-end hotel brands
- Strong background in budgeting, procurement, and supplier negotiation
- Demonstrated experience managing inventories, operations, and hotel pre-opening processes
- Experience with international sourcing and logistics, including customs and remote locations
- Fluent in English (additional European languages Spanish, Italian, Portuguese)
