Level is a learning technology company dedicated to helping students build real academic and life skills with confidence and joy. We combine proven curriculum principles with world class interactive design to make meaningful practice something students want to come back to, not something they struggle through.

We support what teachers, schools, and parents are already doing by increasing student engagement with high quality, standards aligned practice that reinforces classroom learning. That's why we're building:

For students: Rewarding and motivating learning experiences that build real academic proficiency.

For educators: Tools that fit naturally into instruction and help students stay engaged while reducing teacher workload.

For parents: Whether learning at school or at home, activities that help your kid catch up or get ahead, build confidence, and minimize homework battles.

We are committed to helping every person maximize their potential and live a life of meaning. It's a difficult problem that requires brilliant people and tremendous effort over time.

Level is seeking a Producer to help keep our teams shipping. You'll coordinate cross-functional development work, manage release cycles, and ensure we're delivering quality experiences on schedule across QA, UXR, and live service cycles.

What You'll Do
  • Own release management cycles end-to-end, coordinating across development, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth, predictable delivery

  • Coordinate communication between engineering, product, design, and QA—keeping everyone aligned and moving forward

  • Manage sprint planning, agile ceremonies, and milestone tracking across one or more teams

  • Identify risks and dependencies early, working with leads to resolve issues before they become blockers

  • Balance competing priorities across feature development, quality, and platform needs

  • Provide clear status updates to leadership, translating development complexity into business impact

What You Need
  • 4+ years of production experience managing cross-functional teams through full development or release cycles

  • Strong organizational skills to structure ambiguous work, maintain forward momentum, and keep multiple workstreams on track

  • Comfort working closely with engineering teams—you don't need to write code, but you understand how software gets built and shipped

  • Track record of shipping features and releases on schedule through proactive risk management and dependency tracking

  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have
  • Experience in release management, live operations, or publishing pipelines

  • Background in edtech, learning platforms, or student-facing applications

  • Familiarity with agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and development pipeline best practices

  • Exposure to game development or interactive media production
