Responsibilities:
- Assist the Product Owner and Product Manager in gathering requirements through data analysis, market research, and customer feedback
- Support the creation of user stories and documentation to capture product functionalities clearly and concisely
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to perform user acceptance testing and ensure features meet the defined criteria
- Analyze product metrics and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement for product performance
- Help prioritize feature requests and product enhancements by providing data-driven insights to the product team
- Coordinate with service and operational teams to troubleshoot any product-related issues
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders on product performance and customer insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in product analysis or business analysis, preferably in financial services or SaaS companies
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA
- Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work across teams to gather and analyze data
- Fintech or financial services industry experience is a plus
