Guide customers through implementation and adoption of Daxko products, own small-to-mid implementation projects, configure solutions, recommend best practices, deliver training and coaching, support post-launch adoption, manage multiple projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer value.

About the role
As a Product Consultant, you'll guide mission-driven organizations through launching and adopting Daxko software that helps them run their communities better. You'll own the relationship from implementation through long-term adoption, combining consulting, training, and hands-on problem-solving to make sure every customer gets real value from their investment.

What you'll do
- Lead customers through a successful launch of the Daxko products they've purchased
- Own small to mid-sized implementation projects, configuring solutions that match each customer's goals
- Recommend best practices that help organizations get more value from their software
- Partner with customers after launch to build strong adoption and effective workflows
- Deliver training and coaching that gets teams confident using the product
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to keep projects moving and communication clear
- Help improve the documentation and resources other Product Consultants rely on
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years in consulting, customer success, training, implementation, or another client-facing role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers
- A creative, resourceful approach to solving complex problems
- Comfort managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence handling difficult conversations with professionalism
Nice to have
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or membership-based organizations (such as a fitness instructor or personal trainer)
- Experience with member management or CRM software

Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the skills and competencies needed for the role. We typically reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for team members who have grown within Daxko. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other performance-based incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, and plenty of opportunities to grow your career with us.
The pay range for this role is $47,406 – $78,220 per year.
