Job Responsibilities
- Own product content design for a dedicated HR product, from early concept through delivery and iteration
- Partner closely with Product and R&D, joining kickoffs and working sessions to design and build features together
- Turn evolving processes, policies, and system changes into clear, actionable content that actually helps users reach their goals
- Create, maintain, and scale documentation and guidance across our internal tools (Figma, Lokalise, Asana, Notion)
- Organize and structure content in Figma so it's easy to find, reuse, and ready for AI-supported workflows
- Create, manage, and update product string keys directly from Figma using the Lokalise plugin
- Proactively spot patterns where content creates confusion or friction, and propose practical, user-centered improvements
- Own and evolve content standards, templates, glossary, and governance models
- Help shape sustainable, long-term approaches to content management and content governance across the product
