You’ll bring a strong background in product design, a passion for user experience, and hands-on leadership experience, ideally in fast-paced and startup environments. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to shape the product vision and ensure design excellence at every stage of the development process.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and mentor a growing team of product designers, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Drive the design process from research and ideation to final implementation, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to define requirements, prioritize features, and solve complex problems with elegant solutions.
  • Advocate for user-centered design, ensuring that the voice of the customer is at the core of every decision.
  • Help shape and evolve our design culture, processes, and standards, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Provide design leadership across multiple projects, balancing speed, quality, and scalability in a startup-like environment.
  • Facilitate design critiques, reviews, and workshops, promoting open and constructive feedback.
  • Plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure projects meet deadlines.

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience in designing for cross-device experiences and platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design across web and/or mobile products.
  • Proven ability to lead and grow a design team, with a hands-on approach when needed.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments — ideally in startups or high-growth companies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams and executives.
  • A passion for solving complex problems and building delightful user experiences that have real impact.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate positions, and respectfully challenge partners and stakeholders with new product design thinking.

What You’ll Get In Return

  • A dynamic and engaging environment focused on fostering real growth and innovation
  • Opportunities to create amazing products that our customers truly love and value
  • Comprehensive health insurance packages with dependent coverage
  • Competitive salary with ample opportunities for career advancement and development
  • Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote work environment
  • 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match to help you plan for the future
  • $100 monthly dogfooding stipend to support trying out our products firsthand
  • Access to employee wellness programs designed to support your overall well-being
