Ideal Qualifications:

  • 3–6+ years of product design experience working on SaaS or digital products.

  • Strong interaction design skills with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered problem-solving.

  • Experience designing for growth metrics such as onboarding, conversion, engagement, or retention.

  • Comfort designing AI-powered experiences and experimenting with generative design or prototyping tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment with a bias toward action.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing for marketers, creators, or non-technical users.

  • Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles or MarTech environments.

  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams across time zones.
