Who we are

Typeform is a refreshingly different form builder. We help over 150,000 businesses collect the data they need with forms, surveys, and quizzes that people enjoy. Designed to look striking and feel effortless to fill out, Typeform drives 500 million responses every year—and integrates with essential tools like Slack, Zapier, and Hubspot.

About the Team

This role sits within Product Design, Platform & Intelligence, focused on Integrations.

The Integrations team is responsible for the experiences that help customers connect Typeform with the tools they already use, from CRMs and marketing platforms to automation systems, databases, collaboration tools, and emerging AI ecosystems.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design partners to shape how integrations are discovered, configured, managed, and scaled across the Typeform platform.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the future of integrations at Typeform.

This role will play a key part in building coherent, scalable, and high quality integrations experiences across the Apps & Integrations ecosystem, unified setup and connection flows, Automations entry points, and emerging Typeform AI connector experiences.

You’ll work on customer problems that sit at the intersection of workflows, automation, platform design, and AI powered tooling. From simplifying setup flows to creating reusable connection patterns across product surfaces, your work will directly impact how customers activate and automate their workflows inside Typeform.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other Designers to solve both tactical UX challenges and longer term platform problems.

Things you’ll do
  • Design intuitive and scalable integrations experiences across discovery, setup, configuration, permissions, and management flows
  • Help evolve shared UX patterns across integrations surfaces, including Apps & Integrations, Automations, admin experiences, and Typeform AI connectors
  • Lead end to end design work, from discovery and ideation through to execution and iteration
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to shape requirements early and reduce ambiguity during delivery
  • Plan and run workshops, user research sessions, usability testing, and design walkthroughs
  • Contribute to and leverage the Design System to create reusable patterns that scale across the platform
  • Help improve how customers discover, connect, and activate integrations across different parts of the product
  • Influence the long term design direction for scalable connection management and integrations platform experiences
  • Work on cross functional journeys where Integrations intersects with Workflows, Automations, response data, and AI powered experiences
Example projects you may work on
  • Evolving integrations discovery and management experiences across customer facing admin surfaces
  • Designing the unified “Connect to…” setup and connection management experience
  • Improving integrations experiences inside Automations, including workflows connected to tools like Google Sheets and HubSpot
  • Contributing to Typeform AI connector experiences across tools such as Notion, Slack, and Shopify
  • Helping shape reusable setup and management patterns as part of the long term scalable future of integrations initiative
What you already bring to the table
  • 4+ years of experience in digital product design
  • Experience designing SaaS products and complex product workflows
  • Strong experience working across the full product design process, from discovery to delivery
  • Experience designing integrations heavy, workflow automation, platform, or data focused products
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to usability and clarity
  • Experience conducting user research and incorporating findings into design decisions
  • Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross functional stakeholders
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
  • Comfortable operating in fast moving environments with evolving priorities
  • A strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful product thinking and shipped work
  • Fluent in English
Nice to have
  • Experience with iPaaS ecosystems or integrations platforms
  • Experience designing AI powered product experiences or tool ecosystems
  • Experience creating shared platform patterns across multiple product surfaces
  • Experience working on marketer tools or workflow automation products
