Own product design across creator onboarding, campaign discovery, payouts, brand campaign tools, dashboards, and reporting. Improve Clipster’s design system, Figma organization, and engineering handoff standards while collaborating with product leadership and engineers. This hands-on role also requires implementing UI fixes and frontend components using HTML, CSS/Tailwind, JavaScript, and React.

Experience: 5+ years
About ClipsterClipster is where brands and creators connect to turn views into profits. Creators clip, remix, and post branded content on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X — earning for every view they deliver. Brands get scale, simplicity, and performance tracking they can actually trust.
The roleThis is a high-ownership role from day one. You'll shape key product flows, raise the design quality bar, improve our Figma structure and handoff standards, and work directly with the Founder, Product Manager, and engineers to turn product direction into shipped features. We're looking for a designer who doesn't stop at static mockups — someone comfortable jumping into the codebase to implement UI fixes and frontend components.

- Bonus: marketplace or two-sided platform products, data-heavy interfaces, or being the only designer at an early-stage startup.
- A competitive salary that reflects the impact you have, reviewed as you grow into more.
- Flexible time off — take what you need. We trust adults to manage their own energy, not a leave balance.
- Remote-first: work wherever you’re most productive, and we get together in person when it makes sense.
