🪶 Overall Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the end-to-end design process-from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and delivery of polished, production-ready designs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.

  • Translate complex crypto and blockchain concepts into clear, accessible, and delightful user interfaces.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and iterate on design decisions.

  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile platforms.

  • Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

  • Advocate for user needs and accessibility, balancing usability with the unique challenges of decentralized technology.

  • Stay up-to-date with trends in crypto, Web3, and product design, and proactively contribute ideas to improve our offerings.

🪶 Qualifications
  • Experience or deep interest in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 (professional or personal projects welcome).

  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and design systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Experience working closely with engineers and product managers to deliver high-quality products.
