About your role:
This role is for a designer who wants to work on a product that is alive, evolving, and used at real scale. You’ll design experiences for a complex, high-load product with millions of users, where design decisions directly influence growth, retention, and user behavior. You’ll be part of a large, strong design team with deep expertise, clear standards, and a culture of mentorship and feedback. There’s no bureaucracy here, just clear goals, fast decisions, and space to grow professionally while working on genuinely interesting product challenges.

In this role, you will
- Design user flows and interfaces for new product features
- Participate in research: data analysis, hypothesis generation, and preparation of design solutions based on insights
- Work with business requirements and translate them into UX/UI solutions
- Develop and test concepts together with the product team
- Improve existing screens and usage scenarios
- Support and evolve the design system
- Collaborate with product managers and developers at all stages of feature implementation
It’s all about you
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Confident proficiency in Figma and design systems
- Experience designing complex user flows and product scenarios
- Ability to work with research: formulate hypotheses and interpret results
- Experience working with product metrics and business requirements
- Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability
- Ability to present and clearly justify design decisions
- Experience integrating AI into the design workflow, using plugins, and understanding prompts and their effective application
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
- Experience working with live products or social / streaming / communication products
- Experience participating in A/B testing and data-driven design
- Understanding of front-end constraints and close collaboration with development
- Experience in mentoring or reviewing other designers’ work
