About This Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Designer to help shape the user experience of our core products. You’ll work across web and mobile platforms to create intuitive, user‑centered solutions that solve real user problems and align with business objectives. This role will have significant ownership over end‑to‑end design work including research and ideation, high‑fidelity prototyping and testing, and production‑ready design. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and other cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑impact features that elevate the quality of our platform.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the design of user experiences from concept through execution across key product areas and platforms including web and mobile.
Take strong ownership and agency over design outcomes by crafting user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel‑perfect UI components that balance usability, accessibility, and visual polish.
Translate user research and business requirements into elegant, intuitive designs that solve real user problems and move business metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to define product direction and iterate on designs quickly.
Participate in design critiques and reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall design quality.
Advocate for the user across the product development process, driving alignment and clarity on design decisions.
Conduct or partner on qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions.
Test and validate design solutions through usability studies, prototype testing, and iterative refinement.
Contribute to and evolve shared design systems, pattern libraries, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
Promote best practices in UI/UX design across the broader organization.
Ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements related to identity verification and account security
Preferred Skills / Experience
4–8+ years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX excellence across web and mobile products.
Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, visual design, interaction design, and usability best practices.
Experience leading design projects independently, owning execution from research through delivery.
Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD with modern workflows) and prototyping tools.
Experience working in cross‑functional teams with Product, Engineering, and User Research.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to user advocacy.
Experience in financial products, fintech, crypto, or trading platforms.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and designing inclusive experiences.
Contributions to shared design systems or open‑source UI libraries.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in crypto industry a plus
Experience with agile product development and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.)
Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools and emerging design technologies to accelerate ideation, exploration, and iteration while maintaining high design quality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to cross‑functional audiences.
Salary
The starting pay range for this role is between USD$155,000 - USD$175,000 for all U.S. remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
