This Intern will support Product Developers throughout the design process, from concept development to material and finish selection. This role offers hands-on experience collaborating across teams while contributing to the execution and organization of innovative product designs.
This position is expected to start in May 2026 and continue through the entire Summer 2026 term (through August 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time (30 hours) and on-site.
In This Role
- Support Category Product Developers with requested design work, including concept development, design execution, CAD, material, finish, and fabric selection
- Conduct visual research and gather inspiration
- Review and refine design concepts in collaboration with Category Owners
- Small Design project to support cross category teams
- Organize and maintain design assets and libraries
- Participate in category meetings to gain exposure to cross-functional processes and provide support as needed
- Collaborate with Product Developers on swatch reviews and update swatch imagery accordingly
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
- Strong visual and conceptual design skills with an understanding of materials, finishes, and textiles
- Proficient in CAD and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Understanding of product databases or content management systems (CMS) used to maintain product information
