Key Responsibilites
- Perform up-front discovery through user interviews, competitive research, data analysis, etc. and present findings to the team with conviction and rigor
- Translate customer feedback into actionable and achievable tasks
- Partner closely with engineering and design to bring new products and features through the entire development cycle
- Enable sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate with customers
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in engineering or product design is required (you’ve been a builder before, not just a planner)
- 3-5+ years experience in the software industry (preferably at a venture backed startups)
- World-class design & product taste
- Experience working in Figma and other new emerging AI tools to help prototype ideas quickly and effectively
- Extreme speed and clarity
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Has a desire to always go above and beyond
- Has a desire to be the best at their craft
- Candidates are required to be located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX - Way is building a workplace environment of team members who are passionate and excited to be together in person at its space in downtown Austin to continue to enable our fast-paced growth trajectory
