What You'll Need
- Proven leadership experience , with a strong background in managing and mentoring product managers .
- Extensive product management experience , preferably with SaaS B2B products and complex systems.
- Demonstrated success in leading multiple complex product domains in parallel .
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen , with the ability to align product decisions with company goals.
- Deep understanding of software development and product lifecycle management .
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills , with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven mindset , with expertise in defining and tracking product KPIs.
- Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- HR Tech industry experience is a strong advantage.
Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, helping them grow and excel in their roles.
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for a key domain within Bob.
- Oversee product execution , from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Foster cross-team collaboration , promoting alignment between product, R&D, and business stakeholders.
- Partner with R&D leadership on prioritization, planning, and team resourcing.
- Be the hiring manager for new product managers within your domain.
- Influence company-wide prioritization to drive impactful business outcomes.
- Develop and optimize product and development processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Use data-driven decision-making to define, track, and optimize product KPIs.
