What you’ll do:

  • Ownership of the roadmap for strategic growth initiatives for new products
  • Track program risks, help drive mitigations, and represent status to the broader leadership team
  • Owns product end to end for products or features with moderate level of complexity and scope. This includes creating, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and strategy including technical vision and capabilities.
  • Develop a good technical understanding of the solutions to proactively identify new opportunities for product application & creative ways to mitigate technical challenges
  • Staying up to date with industry and business: marketing trends, customer demographics, technical advances, and competition
  • Collaborate with designers and front-end developers to implement UI/UX best practices and design principles.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising/Manufacturing, Procurement and Sales teams to understand product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.
  • Implement product development strategies that are process oriented and focused on scalability and sustainability. 
  • Communicate product updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, including executives.
  • Outline product requirements at an L0 levels for autonomous electro mechanical system, UI/UX etc.
  • Ability to guide teams to break down L0 complex product requirements in to L1 thru Component Level Requirements

What you’ll need: 

  • 7+ years of experience in product and program management of highly complex products.
  • Understanding of V Cycle of product development.
  • Understanding of Robotics and Warehouse automation. 
  • Understanding of execution methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc) and the ability to tailor them based on program needs
  • Knowledge of 3D and  2D LIDARs and Sensors.

Nice to have:  

  • Familiarity with Smartsheets, Jira and Confluence. 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to organize and manage brainstorming sessions, creating clear records of discussions and able to summarize clear and concise directions.
