POSITION SUMMARY

The product Line Manager is responsible will drive strategy, roadmap and execution of go-to-market strategies for LiquidStack liquid cooling product line and services within North America. This role will bridge the gap between engineering innovation, market demand and financial sustainability. The successful individual will be working in a highly energetic and collaborative global team to expand LiquidStack's product and customer base for liquid cooling. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap for LiquidStack’s liquid cooling product portfolio. 
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management from initial concept and PRD (Product Requirement Document) creation through to manufacturing, launch, and end-of-life. 
  • Conduct deep dive competitive analysis and monitor market trends for direct-to-chip cooling solutions and AI data center sector to identify new growth opportunities and inform product positioning and strategy. 
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure product delivery meets cost, quality, and timeline targets. 
  • Engage directly with Tier 1 hyperscalers and colocation providers to gather voice of customer (VOC), validate features, and ensure our solutions exceed customer expectations. 
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop value propositions, pricing strategies, and technical sales enablement tools. 
  • Develop and implement value-based pricing models and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) tools for liquid cooling products 
  • Collaborate with finance, operations and commercial teams globally to manage product and services pricing strategy, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining LiquidStack financial targets 
  • Act as primary advisor for commercial and account management teams, providing guidance on discounting and margin floors 
  • Build and maintain price lists and CPQ (Configure, Price Quote) logic to streamline sales process 
  • Monitor product performance, revenue trends and margin on a regular basis to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly 
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to understand price sensitivity in different regions and segments 
  • Act as the liaison between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Product Management to support customer-specific projects and implementations. 
  • Analyze product adoption metrics, usage data, and customer satisfaction to support continuous product improvement.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Multicultural approach, comfortable working with diverse cultures and mind-sets. 
  • Appreciates working in a global organization with teammates in different time zones/regions. 
  • Total customer service focus with attention to quality. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business and/or equivalent.  
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, new product development, or strategic marketing. 
  • Knowledge in liquid cooling, heat rejection, HVAC systems, data centers and IT equipment is a plus. 
  • Self-starter that can be hands-on and work independently without day-to-day oversight. 
  • Must have strong financial literacy and technical proficiency 
  • Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Has total comfort presenting technical or commercial topics to audiences of all sizes. 
  • Attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.  

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT 

  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time, with some international travel possible. 
  • Valid passport & driver’s license with no infractions that would limit ability to travel.
