Ciklum is looking for a Expert Product Manager to join our team full-time in the US .

About the role:

As a Expert Product Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities:

  • Help drive the growth strategy and roadmap for Conditions and Companion subscription acquisition, with a focus on discovery, education, conversion, and scalable growth
  • Develop clear, consumer-centered value propositions that help people understand when a subscription may be relevant to them, what they  eceive, and why it is worth paying for
  • Lead optimization of the end-to-end growth funnel, from qualified exposure and engagement through subscription start, checkout, activation, and handoff to retention partners
  • Establish goals, KPIs, reporting, and a growth model that connect product experiences to subscription starts, conversion, activation, retention, and member value
  • Build a strong experimentation practice with the Analytics team: identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, prioritize tests, and use results to improve the roadmap
  • Partner with Design and Research to develop intuitive, accessible experiences that earn consumer trust and make complex healthcare products easier to understand
  • Work with Engineering and platform teams to deliver scalable merchandising, targeting, experimentation, measurement, and subscription capabilities
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Content, SEO, and business partners to create a cohesive acquisition experience across owned and product surfaces
  • Use quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and competitive insights to identify consumer needs, diagnose funnel friction, and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities
  • Navigate the tradeoffs among consumer value, business performance, operational complexity, and healthcare, privacy, and compliance considerations
  • Communicate strategy, decisions, learnings, and results clearly to cross-functional partners and senior leadership

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience building and scaling consumer-facing products.
  • Direct experience with consumer subscription products, especially acquisition, conversion, pricing, paywalls, onboarding, lifecycle engagement, or retention.
  • A demonstrated track record of using experimentation and data to improve product and business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of growth funnels and the ability to connect product decisions to metrics such as qualified traffic, engagement, conversion, activation, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Experience translating ambiguous opportunities into clear customer problems, hypotheses, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong customer empathy and an ability to create simple, compelling experiences for people making important decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to partner effectively with engineers and data teams on instrumentation, experimentation, personalization, and scalable product capabilities.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities and constraints may change

Desirable:

  • Experience building healthcare, wellness, digital health, or other regulated consumer products
  • Experience with condition-based or care-related subscription products
