Being sick or injured is painful. Getting better shouldn’t be.

Most industries have been transformed by new technology. Healthcare is still waiting — and you can help change that.

Our mission is simple but ambitious: make healthcare accessible, transparent, and effortless for all. We put the consumer at the center, move fast and partner with forward-thinking providers to deliver software that makes care better, faster, and more human. This is work with real-world stakes — and you can help lead the way.

Solv is building AI-powered infrastructure that makes everyday healthcare easier for patients and providers. Our products help patients find and receive care, while helping clinics reduce manual work, improve access, and run better operations.

We are hiring an early-career product builder who is unusually sharp, AI-native, and commercially curious. You do not need prior product management experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with product, design, engineering, data, and GTM teams to define and ship product improvements to Solv's core products
  • Use and build AI tools for prototyping, research synthesis, data analysis, workflow modeling, and product exploration.
  • Stay close to customers and internal teams to understand painful workflow problems.
  • Turn ambiguous ideas into crisp problem statements, requirements, prototypes, and launch plans.
  • Help decide when AI is the right answer and when a simpler product change is better.

You'll be great for this role if you have

  • 2-4 years in product-adjacent, analytical, operational, consulting, technical, or business roles.
  • A portfolio of AI-built projects, prototypes, automations, tools, workflows, or side apps.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a record of teaching yourself hard things.
  • Clear communication.
  • Business curiosity.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and direct feedback.

Salary ranges vary by location:

  • San Francisco & New York: $120,000–$150,000
  • Colorado: $120,000–$140,000
  • All other locations: $120,000–$140,000

Solv offers robust benefits including:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance- 100% for employees!
  • 401k plan
  • Up to 12 Weeks Paid Parental Leave
  • Monthly Wellness Reimbursement
  • Flexible Time Off

Applicants are accepted on an ongoing basis.
