About Aditude

Aditude is a leading ad tech company on a mission to maximize revenue and operational efficiency for the largest digital publishers and brands. For over eight years, we've been building powerful, integrated SaaS solutions—including header bidding wrappers, real-time analytics, and data aggregation tools—that help publishers take control of their monetization strategy. We're not another duct-taped-together solution; we're an all-in-one platform built by ad ops people, for ad ops people.

We're expanding our mobile in-app capabilities, and we need a product leader who's ready to own it.

The opportunity

We're looking for a Product Manager, Mobile In-App Solutions to take full ownership of our mobile in-app product line. This isn't a "write PRDs and wait" kind of PM role—this is a roll-up-your-sleeves, get-in-the-data, ship-fast-and-iterate position for someone who lives and breathes mobile app monetization. You'll own the product roadmap, the KPIs, the go-to-market strategy, and the outcomes. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Ad Ops, Sales, and our publisher partners to build solutions that drive real revenue. If you've spent years in the trenches of mobile ad tech—especially in gaming—and you're ready to build something from the ground up, this is your opportunity. We need someone scrappy. Someone technical. Someone who won't rest until in-app wins.

Some challenges you'll tackle:

  • Own the Mobile In-App Product: Take full ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Aditude's mobile in-app solutions—from SDK to reporting

  • Drive Product KPIs: Define, track, and be accountable for the metrics that matter—adoption, revenue impact, SDK performance, and publisher satisfaction

  • Go to Market: Lead product launches from positioning and messaging through enablement, working closely with Sales and Marketing to drive adoption

  • Be Deeply Technical: Understand the mobile ad ecosystem inside and out—mediation, bidding, waterfall vs. unified auctions, SDK integration patterns, SKAN, and privacy frameworks

  • Live in the Data: Use quantitative analysis to inform product decisions, validate hypotheses, and prioritize ruthlessly based on impact

  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate daily with Engineering, Ad Ops, and Design to translate publisher needs into shippable solutions—and get them out the door fast

  • Engage Directly with Publishers: Conduct customer research, gather feedback, and build relationships with mobile app publishers (especially in gaming) to ensure product-market fit

  • Build for Scale: Design products and processes that can grow with our ambitions—think automation, self-service, and operational efficiency

The skillset:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in ad tech, specifically with products that serve ads in mobile apps

  • Proven experience working with mobile gaming publishers or gaming ad networks/SDKs

  • Deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem: mediation platforms, in-app bidding, ad SDKs (AppLovin, ironSource, Unity, AdMob, etc.), OpenRTB, and privacy frameworks (ATT, SKAN, TCF)

  • Track record of taking products to market and owning outcomes end-to-end

Technical skills:

  • Highly technical—comfortable reading documentation, understanding SDK architectures, and speaking fluently with engineers

  • Strong data analysis skills; you're comfortable in SQL, analytics tools, and making decisions backed by numbers

  • Experience defining and tracking product metrics and KPIs

Soft skills:

  • Excellent communicator—you can translate complex technical concepts for any audience and rally teams around a vision

  • Exceptionally organized—you juggle competing priorities without dropping balls and keep cross-functional teams aligned

  • Scrappy and relentless—you do whatever it takes to make your product succeed, whether that's jumping on a customer call, digging into logs, or rewriting a spec at midnight

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building in a fast-moving environment

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Prebid Mobile or open-source bidding solutions

  • Background working at a mobile gaming studio, ad network, SSP, or SDK provider

  • Familiarity with publisher ad ops workflows and Google Ad Manager

  • Experience with product-led growth strategies and self-service product design

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Why join Aditude:

  • Impact: Your work directly influences publisher revenue and shapes our product roadmap

  • Ownership: We trust our people to own their domain and make decisions

  • Growth: Join a scaling company where career paths aren't ceilings—they're launchpads

  • Culture: We're builders, problem-solvers, and ad tech nerds who take our work seriously (but not ourselves) and have HIGH expectations

  • Flexibility: Remote-first environment with the autonomy to do your best work

  • 100% remote with a global footprint

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

  • Unlimited Time Off + 11 Holidays + Christmas week to recharge

  • Opportunity to join a fast-growing technology company!

If you're passionate about mobile monetization, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to help the world's top publishers win—we want to hear from you.

Aditude is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diverse backgrounds and welcome everyone to apply for employment with us. We are committed to fostering an environment that is inclusive, transparent, and collaborative.
