Lead execution of product initiatives for clinical decision support and pathways: manage delivery from kickoff to rollout, handle inbound requests via Jira, coordinate alpha/beta releases, conduct customer discovery, translate prototypes into implementation-ready specs, and support FDA documentation and cross-functional communication across engineering, clinical, sales, and customer success.

At AgileMD, we are building the most advanced real-time predictive analytics and clinical decision support platform for hospitals. Our cloud-based engine helps hundreds of thousands of doctors and nurses across the country make faster, more informed medical decisions — so that every patient receives the highest quality and value of care based on the latest medical knowledge and data. We are proud to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes every day.

AgileMD's products integrate with the electronic medical records systems of large hospital networks and deliver highly available, robust clinical tools. These tools ingest, transform, and analyze large amounts of patient data in real-time, making complex risk assessments and predictions across a distributed infrastructure built to the strictest security and regulatory standards. Our product portfolio includes eCART, our FDA-regulated early warning and clinical decision support platform, Pathways, our clinical pathway builder used by leading health systems, and a growing suite of custom clinical applications.

We're looking for a Product Manager who is energized by execution, thrives on getting things across the finish line, and knows how to build deep relationships with customers. This is a role for someone who loves the operational side of product work — turning well-defined initiatives into shipped features, coordinating across teams, managing rollouts, and becoming the company's institutional expert on customer needs. You'll work directly alongside our Head of Product, who drives strategy and rapid product definition, and your job will be to own the delivery layer and make sure great ideas become great outcomes.

Requirements — You will:

In the first 6–12 months, you'll:

  • Own execution of defined product initiatives end-to-end — from project kickoff through delivery and rollout — keeping engineering unblocked and timelines on track

  • Manage inbound enhancement requests, bug reports, and feature feedback across customers and internal stakeholders via Jira Help Desk and internal channels, building a structured intake and prioritization workflow

  • Drive the product side of alpha, beta, and production rollouts — coordinating with implementation and CS teams on timing, feature flagging, training materials, release notes, and customer-facing communications

  • Conduct customer interviews and build structured knowledge of clinical workflows and user needs, feeding insights back to product strategy

  • Take high-fidelity prototypes and product specs through to polished, implementation-ready designs in collaboration with engineering

  • Support FDA documentation workflows for eCART within the regulatory framework set by clinical and regulatory leadership, ensuring documentation stays current and audit-ready

  • Maintain project tracking, status communication, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, clinical, sales, and customer success — working within existing team structures across eCART, Pathways, and Custom Apps

Requirements — Who you are:
  • You have 5+ years of product management, product operations, or technical program management experience — and a proven track record of getting things built

  • You're an execution-oriented PM who derives satisfaction from launching things reliably, not just defining them

  • You have a strong eye for design and can take rough prototypes to polished, implementation-ready specs

  • You're comfortable leading customer conversations, running discovery interviews, and organizing feedback into structured insights

  • You communicate exceptionally well — in writing and in person — with engineering, clinical stakeholders, and customers

  • You're energized working in a fast-moving environment where AI is changing how product work gets done

  • Experience in health tech, clinical software, or EHR-adjacent products is strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with FDA regulatory documentation workflows is a plus

  • You thrive as part of a lean team and don't need to own the strategy to be motivated — you're excited to execute with autonomy and build something that matters
