Job Opportunity : Product Manager
Location : Anywhere in Colombia.
Type : Full-time, permanent position, directly hired by the company .
Experience Level : 3+ years in similar positions.
At Adage , we are looking for a Product Manager passionate about building digital products who can act as a bridge between business needs, client expectations, and technical teams.
This role will be key in defining, evolving, and continuously improving products that support our client projects, such as e-commerce solutions and digital platforms , ensuring that every feature delivers real value to both the business and end users.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment, leading product vision, backlog management, and discovery processes-from ideation to launch and continuous iteration.
Requirements to succeed in this role
  • Advanced English level (spoken and written).
  • Studies related to Business Administration, Design, Social Sciences, or related fields .
  • 3+ years of experience in roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst with a strong focus on digital products.
  • Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle (ideation, development, launch, and iteration).
  • Experience managing Product Backlog and Product Pipeline.
  • Ability to define product goals based on market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders).
  • Hands-on experience creating user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria
  • Active participation in Scrum events (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews).
  • Experience coordinating product feedback loops with clients and analyzing product metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience using product management and ticketing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to create product documentation, training materials, and support content for both internal teams and clients.
