At Offchain, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.

As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.

At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.

Why Offchain?

Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.

Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.

Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.

To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.

The Role:

  • As part of the Product team at Offchain, you will get to work with leaders in the blockchain space solving novel technical, economic, and social challenges. In this role you’ll help drive the roadmap for Arbitrum Nitro, a cutting edge blockchain scaling solution. You’ll collaborate closely with our backend engineering team, research team, and company leaders, including our CTO and Head of Product.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and deliver against a scaling-focused & innovation-focused roadmap — ruthlessly prioritizing the changes we ship from bandwidth improvements to broader adoption of EIPs/RIPs, and bringing to market novel, 0-to-1 technologies
  • Interface directly with our dedicated Research team to turn breakthroughs into finely scoped product changes (or new products), and integrate feedback into our exploratory pipeline
  • Proactively identify requirements at a technical and non-technical level to ensure continuous product success — from docs, to ecosystem infrastructure, to granular front-end details
  • Strategically guide and inform our engineering teams, helping source and synthesize feedback from: existing projects and users, the ever evolving market landscape, and underlying technical considerations to prioritize development work
  • Be a force amplifier for our marketing and partnerships teams to deliver successful but technically sound messaging for new product launches and protocol changes to educate and inform
  • Integrate across the company, ensuring that our engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, and other teams are tightly aligned

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a PM role or a closely related technical capacity
  • Blockchain Enthusiast: A burning curiosity and/or deep understanding of blockchain technologies
  • Communication Maven: Stellar written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable influencing and collaborating with individuals across the organization
  • Technical & Business Acumen: Capable of diving deep into the technical details while keeping an eye on the broader business objectives
  • Team Player: Flexible, dependable, and thrives in ambiguous situations. Takes ownership when needed
  • You work well, and even thrive, in uncertain or ambiguous environments. You can make informed decisions with limited information, excel at turning ambiguity into clear, actionable plans, and continuously strive to obtain, synthesize, & productively react to new information to evaluate current priorities and re-navigate if necessary
  • You have developed or experimented with software, infrastructure, and/or blockchain applications - with side projects, hobbyist projects, and/or hackathons to demonstrate your technical acumen. Bonus points if it’s blockchain-related
  • Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science or an Engineering field. Alternatively, hands-on experience in building software products, be it through personal projects or professional ventures
  • Industry Experience: A proven track record of shipping production-grade software, especially targeted at a developer audience. Familiarity with software development processes is crucial. Prior experience at a fast-growing tech company or a software startup is a big plus
  • Working at a protocol team in the blockchain industry is a plus
  • Working on distributed systems as a technical contributor is a plus

Perks:

  • Remote-first global workforce + NY office
  • Annual company offsite + team onsites
  • Professional reimbursement program (facilitates industry conference attendance, certifications, and more)
  • Medical, dental & vision coverage (US + some other countries)
  • 401k retirement plan + company match (US only)
  • Wellness stipend
  • Home office set up / ergonomic equipment program
