Your Mission

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our fast-growing Product team. Reporting to our VP of Product, you will be supporting the team execution, and end-to-end delivery of US bank-based payment products, including ACH, RTP, FedNow, and emerging real time rails. In this role, you will own both front-end and back-end product development, defining features that deliver best-in-class payment experience for merchants and seamless, frictionless user journey for players and end users. You will partner closely with engineering, commercial, design, and merchant stakeholders to bring scalable, secure, and innovative payment methods to the market, ensuring we meet the unique demands within our Gaming, Prediction Market, and Crypto verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of product features, understanding existing performance and identifying both immediate and tactical improvements

- Lead end-to-end execution of product features – from requirements definition to product launch

- Interact with internal stakeholders to translate business needs and merchant requirements into clear, detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Manage product development lifecycle, ensuring engineering teams have clear priorities, scope and timelines

- Get to know our customers and their problems to identify ways to improve the product offering

- Monitor product KPIs and metrics and feed back into the business through the creation of clear and concise dashboards

- Analyze market trends and performance drivers to identify new opportunities

- Engage and manage external vendors, partners or agencies

- Work tightly with operations and support teams to ensure readiness for new features and smooth post launch performance

- Prepare regular product update materials for periodic updates to the rest of the company (town halls, steering meetings, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

- At least 3 years experience in a Product Management role, building and taking products to market in online/digital payments

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field

- Familiarity with agile software development, writing user stories, features, and Confluence software: JIRA, Aha, etc.

- A proven track record of success in driving the development of software products at a high-growth technology company

- A self-starter, an enthusiast and is passionate about product and new features

- A data driven decision maker who has an understanding of performance metrics

- A genuine excitement for solving customer problems and strong sense of empathy with the customer

- A great presentation style, teamwork, and communication skills are a must

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to work across multiple projects, define and prioritize initiatives, align on goals, and deliverables

- Capable of interacting with partners and other external parties in a professional and polished manner

- Excellent communication skills and ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
