 Position Overview

As a Product Manager, Digital Technology at Stanley 1913, you will lead the product roadmap across our digital platforms, defining vision and direction while building plans to support rapid eCommerce growth. You will track key engagement and adoption metrics to ensure our tools and experiences optimally meet customer needs.

You will partner closely with teams across eCommerce, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Support to define requirements and deliver impactful features to market. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical abilities, a track record of improving user engagement, and the ability to communicate clearly and influence cross-functional partners.

What You'll Do
  • Establish the goals, strategy, and roadmap for developing new customer facing digital platforms, products and improvements across the global Stanley 1913 footprint
  • Drive adoption of new capabilities with our business partners
  • Ensure critical business issues and product strategies are addressed in product decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operational, and business partners to onboard critical new in-demand products
  • Lead prioritization and trade-offs between business needs and operational feasibility to drive growth
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews with senior leadership, showcasing progress, business impact, and future opportunities
  • Develop our strategy by applying excellent data analysis skills and strong data-driven decision-making. Maintain a high design bar and always start with the customer first, working backwards.
Who You Are
  • Builder’s approach, owning end-to-end delivery of system solutions for new features while partnering closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering.
  • Comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level. Able to define high-level vision while investigating product specifications and execution details. Your ultimate goal is to enable detailed, secure, and flexible agreement management across the organization.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, business operations, operations research, supply chain management, or a similar area.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, supply chain, or a related subject area (preferred).
  • Experience delivering product features and making thoughtful tradeoffs to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business impact.
  • Owned and led technology products, driving them from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Skilled at influencing senior leadership through clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.

Stanley 1913 is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. At Stanley 1913, full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results. The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range
$120,000$145,000 USD
