Product Manager - Enterprise (PRISE)

Role Description

As a Product Manager focused on district partnerships, you will own product experiences that help MagicSchool serve school districts as we onboard and support schools and sites. You’ll build features that address district-level needs such as administration, configuration, governance, adoption, observation and impact. These new experiences will ensure district leaders, IT teams, and educators can confidently deploy and manage MagicSchool across diverse environments.

This role emphasizes strong execution and customer empathy, with a focus on translating district partner needs into clear product requirements and shipped solutions. It will require thoughtful synthesis and ability to prioritize amidst tradeoffs. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners to deliver reliable, scalable capabilities that support district adoption and day-to-day operations, while contributing to ongoing roadmap refinement as we learn from district usage and feedback.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving towards the following outcomes:

  • Prioritize enterprise and district-facing features that enable successful district-wide adoption, informed by customer needs, sales motions, and long-term platform strategy.

  • Partner closely with engineering to design and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that meet district requirements and constraints.

  • Collaborate with Sales, CX, and Partnerships to ensure strong expansion and engagement with Enterprise features within school districts.

  • Define and monitor success metrics related to district adoption, usage, and outcomes to guide roadmap decisions.

  • Navigate complex tradeoffs across district stakeholders (IT, curriculum, administrators, educators) to deliver cohesive, high-impact product experiences.

Experience & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring the following experience and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-user or enterprise-focused products.

  • Strong ability to partner deeply with engineering to translate district needs into scalable product solutions.

  • Track record of evaluating ambiguous problems and delivering pragmatic, high-impact product outcomes.

  • Experience prioritizing and executing in fast-paced, startup environments.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Bias toward action and ownership, with the ability to move work forward independently while keeping cross-functional partners aligned.

  • Proven ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights, such as customer feedback, usage data, and operational signals, to inform product decisions and iteration.

Nice to have:

  • Experience building or managing enterprise SaaS products, particularly in environments with complex customer needs or long adoption cycles.

  • Familiarity with K–12 school districts or public-sector organizations, including an understanding of how district priorities, constraints, and decision-making structures shape product adoption.

  • Exposure to district procurement, implementation, or change-management processes, and an appreciation for the coordination required to roll out products across schools and sites.
