About Us
Reforged Labs (YC W22) is building the AI-powered creative intelligence platform for mobile marketers and user acquisition teams. Backed by Y Combinator and DCM, our flagship product, Boa, analyzes ad creative performance across the market and helps teams understand what’s working, why it’s working, and what to create next. By integrating MMP data, market intelligence, and proprietary AI agents, Boa predicts and suggests ad creatives with higher hit rates.

In our latest case study with Supercell, 80% of Boa’s ads outperformed Supercell’s own control ads. Teams using Boa ideate, produce, and iterate on ad creatives 2–3x faster while improving ROAS. Our team brings backgrounds from Google, Microsoft, and Harvard.

Our team is building AI agents that transform creative strategy for major global game studios. Our systems handle multimodal understanding across text, image, and video, and deliver in production what traditional teams would prototype in a year. We are a small, senior team operating at the frontier of agentic AI.

The Opportunity
The Enterprise Product Manager owns the full lifecycle of client engagements, from initial scoping through pilot delivery and ongoing iteration. You will be the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders at major customers, translating business requirements into product specifications and ensuring delivery is on time and to standard.

This role operates within a pod-based delivery model, where each pod is aligned to a major enterprise account. You will lead your pod, coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, and hold end-to-end accountability for outcomes. The level of hire will reflect the candidate's scope of ownership and prior experience.

Core Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned enterprise accounts
  • Lead pod operations: define scope, manage delivery timelines, and coordinate with engineering
  • Gather and synthesize customer requirements into prioritized product specifications
  • Run stakeholder reviews, present progress to senior client contacts, and manage escalations
  • Identify product gaps and expansion opportunities within accounts
  • Feed customer insights back into the core product roadmap
  • At senior and lead levels: mentor junior PMs and contribute to the development of pod operating practices

Your Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years in a product or customer-facing role managing enterprise accounts or complex delivery programs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Experience scoping and delivering software products end-to-end
  • Comfort with fast-moving environments and frequently shifting requirements

Nice to Have
  • Background in gaming, media, or creative industries
  • Familiarity with AI products, LLM workflows, or agentic systems
  • Startup or early-stage company experience
  • Technical fluency sufficient for substantive engagement with engineering teams

Reforged Labs is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
