We are seeking a Product Manager - Epic to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office. We are also open to remote candidates based in the greater Madison, WI area.
Job Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for Imprivata's strategic collaboration with Epic. This role is a new addition to a small but high-performing team in Product Management. This role will be the point person for Imprivata's relationship with Epic. The Product Manager will coordinate across all departments to integrate, optimize, and develop roadmaps related to the EHR.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the strategic collaboration with Epic.
  • Create, grow, and maintain strategic relationships and contacts.
  • Work with cross functional teams at Epic to align priorities and drive internal roadmap requirements.
  • Partner closely with customer support to ensure joint Epic clients are successful.
  • Provide roadmap updates to customers, sales, customer success, and partners, sometimes in person on-site.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality enterprise software.
  • Partner with documentation team to develop content.
  • Communicate collaboration strategy that aligns with business goals to key contributors, including the executive team.
  • Evaluate potential product opportunities to optimize investments and drive growth.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Master's Degree in Healthcare related field, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management.
  • Experience with Epic's EHR.
  • Experience in health care IT or software.
  • Experience working with agile development process.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.

This position offers a total compensation range of $113,400.00 to $136,500.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
