Responsibility for improving user experience on the Experience Platform through A/B testing, optimizing checkout and results flow, and enhancing member portal engagement.
Getting a lab test used to mean taking time off work, sitting in a waiting room, and hoping your doctor ordered the right thing. We changed that.
Everlywell pioneered at-home lab testing and has since expanded into in-person diagnostics, telehealth, and AI-powered health guidance. We've helped millions of people understand their health on their own terms — from hormone levels to heart health to food sensitivities to sexual health. And we're just getting started.
Today, we power diagnostics for consumers, major health plans, and enterprise partners. Our platform handles everything from test fulfillment to clinical review to results delivery — and increasingly, uses AI to help people figure out what to test and what to do next.
We're a product-driven company solving real problems in a deeply broken system. If you want to build things that matter, at a company that ships fast and reaches millions, keep reading.
The Experience Platform is every screen users touch: checkout, results pages, member portal, and the experiences that drive conversion, retention, and engagement. This is high-velocity, high-impact work — conversion rate improvements directly drive revenue, and the experiences you build are core to what makes Everlywell valuable.
You'll own the experimentation program, ship weekly, and see your impact in the numbers.
You'll be responsible for:
- Checkout and purchase flows — conversion is your north star
- Results experiences — where users understand and act on their health data
- Member portal — the home for returning users
- Experimentation — A/B testing, analysis, continuous optimization
Why this role is exciting:
- Direct revenue impact: small conversion wins = meaningful business outcomes
- High velocity: you'll ship improvements every week, not every quarter
- Craft matters: you'll partner closely with design to build experiences users love
- Scale: millions of users will interact with what you build
What success looks like in your first year:
- Own checkout conversion and demonstrate measurable improvement
- Run dozens of experiments with statistical rigor
- Ship a major results or member portal improvement
- Establish experimentation best practices the team adopts
- Build a strong partnership with engineering and design
What we are looking for:
- 4-5 years of product management experience
- Proven results improving conversion rates — bring the numbers
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation (VWO, Optimizely, or similar)
- Strong design sensibility — you care about craft and user experience
- Experience with e-commerce, checkout, or transactional product flows
- Fluency with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, or similar)
- Clear communication and ability to write specs that engineers can build from
Even better if you have:
- Experience building for multiple customer segments or white-label contexts
- Healthcare or healthtech background
- Mobile web or responsive design experience
- Startup or scale-up experience where you shipped fast with limited resources
You'll thrive here if:
- You love moving numbers and obsess over conversionYou care about details — the micro-interactions matter to you
- You ship fast but maintain quality
- You'd rather run an experiment than debate in a meeting
- You want direct ownership of revenue-impacting products
