Role Description

GTM TechOps owns the systems, data, and automation that power the full customer lifecycle, from first touch through renewal and expansion. This role sits within that ecosystem, with a focus on enabling our customer-facing GTM teams through AI-powered tools and workflows.

As a Product Manager, GTM Systems, you will define and drive how AI is applied across our GTM systems. This includes identifying high-impact use cases, evaluating and integrating first-party and third-party tools, and ensuring solutions work seamlessly within the broader GTM ecosystem.

You will partner closely with engineering, technical architects, design, analytics, operations, and enablement to turn business needs into production-ready solutions that improve how sales, marketing, and customer teams operate day to day.

You will own the product lifecycle from problem definition through execution and adoption, including rapid prototyping to explore and validate ideas. You will set priorities and make tradeoffs that balance speed with long-term system health.

Success in this role requires strong product judgment, systems thinking, and a practical understanding of applied AI in operational environments.

Responsibilities

Shape and drive the AI roadmap and priorities for GTM systems

  • Define how AI is applied across customer-facing GTM workflows
  • Identify, compare, and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities across sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Balance near-term impact with longer-term platform capabilities such as decisioning and orchestration

Define and operationalize AI-driven workflows

  • Shape how systems determine and trigger next best actions across the customer lifecycle
  • Define how customer context, priority, and signals inform decisions and automation
  • Establish when actions are handled by AI versus human teams, and how those interactions are coordinated

Deliver AI-powered solutions end to end

  • Translate GTM needs into scalable product requirements
  • Use rapid prototyping to explore ideas and de-risk decisions early
  • Lead development from problem definition through launch in partnership with engineering and technical architects
  • Ensure solutions are embedded in core systems and usable in day-to-day workflows

Drive adoption and business impact

  • Partner with operations and enablement to drive adoption and change how GTM teams operate
  • Define success metrics and iterate based on performance and user feedback
  • Collaborate with engineering, technical architects, design, analytics, operations, and enablement to align on priorities, tradeoffs, and execution
Requirements
  • Demonstrated product management experience, preferably in SaaS or internal platforms
  • Strong understanding of CRM and GTM systems such as Salesforce and adjacent tools
  • Proven ability to set product direction, prioritize effectively, and drive execution across cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills, including defining metrics and making data-informed decisions
  • Experience evaluating and integrating third-party tools alongside first-party development
  • Familiarity with applying AI to business workflows such as automation, decisioning, or copilots
  • Ability to operate with speed and make sound tradeoffs under ambiguity
  • Clear communication skills and ability to align engineering, technical architects, analytics, operations, and enablement stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI/automation in GTM workflows (agent assist, enrichment, copilots, etc.)
  • Experience working in hybrid PLG and sales-led environments
  • Experience with tools for experimentation, analytics, or workflow automation
  • Experience driving simplification or consolidation across a fragmented tool or system landscape
  • Experience leveraging AI/LLM-powered tools and workflows to improve product experiences, accelerate experimentation/analysis, and inform product decision-making (e.g., prototyping, AI-assisted analytics/insight generation).
