We’re building the next generation of automotive advertising and marketing technology and are seeking a Product Manager I to drive product development and execution. This role is responsible for owning product initiatives end-to-end, from defining strategy and requirements to delivering features that create measurable value for dealerships and partners.

You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and sales to define product direction, prioritize development, and ensure successful delivery. This role requires strong product ownership, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions within the ad tech and martech ecosystem.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive product initiatives from concept through prototyping, delivery, and ongoing iteration.
  • Define, document, and prioritize product requirements aligned to business goals and customer needs.
  • Translate business objectives and user insights into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with engineering during sprint planning and execution.
  • Analyze product performance, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams on product-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align product strategy with go-to-market plans.
  • Drive product launches, including coordination of messaging, documentation, and enablement materials.
  • Maintain product documentation, ensuring clarity for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine product strategy based on feedback, data, and evolving market conditions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management and/or digital advertising, marketing, or advertising technology roles.
  • Experience in automotive, digital advertising, or marketing technology strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, GMP) preferred.
  • Experience with product and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Productboard, Trello, etc.).
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on building scalable, high-impact products.
  • Experience with AI-driven tools and workflows is a plus, including:
    • AI workflow automation
    • AI design systems
    • AI product builders
    • Generative UI platforms
