Overview: Vision, Strategy, and Execution

The Product Manager owns the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our integrated supply chain e-commerce platform. You will be the voice of the customer and the market, prioritizing features across the customer-facing storefront, the critical internal SaaS tools (MES, WMS, OMS), and our cutting-edge AI agent capabilities. This role requires strong leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive measurable business results.

Internship Details

Duration: 3 months
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Remote
Stipend: None initially. Based on your first-quarter performance, you may be offered a paid full-time opportunity, or even be absorbed directly by the client as an FTE.

Key Responsibilities & Core Projects

You will be the central hub, defining what gets built and why, ensuring alignment with the business flow: MES → WMS → OMS → Payments.

  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Own, define, and communicate the product vision and strategic roadmap for the entire ecosystem. Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market analysis, and defined business metrics (KPIs).

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary coordinator for cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Support), ensuring clear communication, aligned goals, and timely delivery within the Monorepo structure.

  • Requirements & User Research: Conduct in-depth user research, usability studies, and data analysis to deeply understand customer pain points and opportunities. Translate insights into clear, prioritized user stories and product requirements.

  • Data-Driven Iteration: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the platform. Constantly iterate on the product based on A/B test results, performance data from the Observability stack, and adoption rates.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales to define the go-to-market strategy for new product releases, ensuring successful launch and adoption.

Product Ecosystem Focus

You will directly impact the direction of these critical systems:

  • E-commerce/B2B Portal: Optimizing conversion funnels (Catalog, Cart, Checkout) and developing B2B-specific features (e.g., customized pricing, bulk ordering).

  • Supply Chain SaaS: Defining feature sets for the core operational modules (WMS, OMS, MES) to improve efficiency and reduce compliance risk (e.g., integrating HS code verification).

  • Licensing & Tenants: Working with the Solution Architect to define feature packaging, usage metering, and the economic model for the multi-tenant JWT-based licenses.

AI Agent Focus

You will be responsible for productizing our AI capabilities, turning technology into measurable business value.

  • Agent Feature Definition: Define use cases and success metrics for autonomous AI agents (built with LangChain/AutoGen) in areas like customer support, internal workflow automation, and predictive analytics.

  • Productizing LLMs: Translate AI model capabilities into usable, scalable features that solve real business problems, managing the user expectations around LLM reliability and context.

Success Metrics & Career Path

Performance will be measured by:

  • Business Impact: Measurable success against defined KPIs (e.g., increased conversion rate, reduced support costs via AI automation, improved internal efficiency).

  • Roadmap Health: Accuracy of roadmap projections and success in launching high-impact features on time.

  • Team Alignment: Feedback from engineering and design teams regarding clarity of vision and requirements.

Mentorship Structure: Reports to the Head of Product, serving as the primary mentor for product thinking and customer focus across the engineering and intern teams.
