As a Product Manager IV, you will lead the development and execution of the product strategy across a broader scope, influencing product direction and company-wide goals. You will guide large, cross-functional teams in delivering complex initiatives that drive competitive differentiation and long-term value. This role is highly strategic, technical and requires the ability to align stakeholders, inspire teams, and deliver outcomes based on both qualitative and quantitative insights.

Responsibilities: 

  • Define and influence the overall Data warehouse platform direction and vision, driving alignment with company-wide goals and strategies. 
  • Anticipate user and product team needs, and lead cross-functional discovery efforts to identify opportunities for AI innovation and data management. 
  • Manage the Data initiative roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities across teams. 
  • Lead the delivery of large-scale Data and AI initiatives, collaborating with design, engineering, and business leaders to ensure successful execution. 
  • Influence and inspire leadership and stakeholders through compelling storytelling and strategic insights. 
  • Analyze product data to identify new opportunities for product improvements, including leveraging AI, data insights and other emerging technologies and opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and external data and AI vendors to build and improve machine learning algorithms and AI tools. 
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on AI-powered features and data organization needs, impacting both internal stakeholders and external users. 
  • Conduct interviews and user research with both internal and external users to inform feature development. 
  • Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, using data to validate and prioritize initiatives. 
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to ensure effective execution and high-quality outcomes. 
  • Work across internal business groups to deliver scalable solutions that streamline operations and enhance decision-making. 
  • Monitor product performance, define success metrics, and iterate based on user feedback and data insights. 
  • Support production teams with escalated issues by conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective resolutions. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.  
  • 10+ years applicable experience in software product management required 
  • Proven track record in defining and delivering high-impact product strategies. 
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with experience working across multiple functions. 
  • Expertise in data analysis, with the ability to drive decisions based on insights. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.  
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies: Experience in working within Scrum frameworks, driving iterative development, and delivering results. Skilled in utilizing tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro to streamline collaboration, project tracking, and visualization of the product management process. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: Proficient in conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Able to facilitate productive discussions and present ideas persuasively, ensuring alignment on strategic goals. 
  • Strong analytics skills and critical thinking: Proven ability to dissect complex problems, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to drive informed product decisions.

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $185,000 to $205,000.  

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
