As the Product Manager for the LiveOps Track, you will own the commercial heartbeat, monetization velocity, and event innovation for Sunshine Island, our flagship casual farming title.

Our product team operates in two specialized execution tracks: Strategic Roadmap (deep features, long-term systems) and LiveOps (recurring events, monetization, D2C growth). You will lead the LiveOps Track in a close PM/PJM pair, partnering directly with a dedicated Project Manager (PJM) who manages day-to-day agile mechanics and operational scheduling. This structure frees you to focus 100% on commercial strategy, campaign design, and revenue optimization. You work with a complete feature team of dedicated LiveOps engineers, data analysts, and economy designers, building new mechanics rather than repeating only events.

This position is ideal for a commercially minded, data-driven Product Manager who wants to have a measurable impact, understands F2P spending psychology, stays close to market trends to introduce fresh mechanics, and knows how to pull operational levers to directly impact the P&L.

YOUR MISSION
  • LiveOps Calendar & Event Innovation: Own the rolling LiveOps calendar (LTEs, Tournaments, Season Passes) while actively researching market trends to design and introduce new event mechanics that keep engagement fresh.

  • Monetization & New Mechanics: Own the design and balancing of short-term monetization loops (Piggy Banks, Lucky Treats, Wheels), while innovating new monetization mechanics (e.g., tiered starter passes, custom bundles) to convert non-payers.

  • D2C & Webshop Revenue Growth: Drive Webshop 2.0 adoption and gamification (daily streak freebies, proxy currency), executing strategies to scale our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) revenue share toward our >40% target.

  • Dynamic Offer Tool (DOT) Execution: Configure, segment, and optimize targeted sales campaigns using our proprietary Dynamic Offer Tool (DOT).

  • Commercial KPIs & A/B Testing: Monitor daily ARPDAU, conversion, and offer yield. Run continuous A/B tests on pricing, discount depth, and segment criteria to maximize yield while maintaining price perception and economy health.

  • Feature Team Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with your track PJM on sprint scoping and release scheduling, acting as the central product anchor for dedicated LiveOps engineers, data analysts, and economy designers.

YOUR PROFILE
  • 2–4 years as a PM, LiveOps Manager, or Monetization Designer in mobile F2P gaming (casual, farming, simulation, or strategy experience preferred).

  • Proven LiveOps Track Record: Demonstrated experience running live calendars, configuring sales tools/backends, and launching new commercial or event mechanics.

  • Commercial & Market-Informed Mindset: Highly analytical with core monetization metrics (ARPPU, LTV, Conversion, Churn) and a strong pulse on industry benchmarks and competitor mechanics.

  • F2P Psychology & D2C Familiarity: Deep understanding of player spending habits, value anchoring, and offer pacing, alongside an interest in Direct-to-Consumer webshop strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Communicator: Skilled at aligning and inspiring cross-functional teams (Art, Tech, Design, Analytics) through clear commercial reasoning without needing direct line management.

  • Agile & Operationally Minded: Highly organized, calm under live operational pressure, and accustomed to working alongside PJMs in SCRUM/Kanban frameworks.

  • Time Zone: Located within +/- 3 hours of CEST for real-time collaboration in our remote-first setup.

What We Offer
  • Direct commercial ownership over the LiveOps execution and P&L of a high-scale mobile title generating millions in revenue.

  • A close partnership with a dedicated PJM, who handles operational overhead so that you stay focused on product strategy and commercial impact.

  • A mature, remote-first studio culture that values autonomy, data-driven decisions, and sustainable execution.

  • A competitive compensation package, personal development budget, and flexible working conditions.
