Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and updates.
  • User Experience: Advocate for the end user by gathering feedback, conducting user testing, and ensuring the product meets customer expectations.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future enhancements.
  • Agile Methodology: Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and daily stand-ups.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  •  years of experience in product management, preferably for web-based products.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and product development processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
  • Experience in [specific industry, if applicable].
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
