The Opportunity

We're seeking a Product Manager, Parcel Management, to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of one of Schneider Geospatial's flagship product lines. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you'll partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and customers to deliver innovative solutions that help local governments manage parcel data, support property assessment and taxation workflows, and provide reliable public access to property information.

You'll combine strategic product thinking with a deep curiosity for how assessors, auditors, treasurers, GIS teams, and other local government professionals work, translating complex parcel and property-data challenges into intuitive, scalable software that improves accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.

This is a unique opportunity to own a high-impact product in a PE-backed company entering an exciting phase of growth and modernization. You'll shape product strategy, influence customer outcomes, and help define the next generation of parcel management and public access solutions.

Why Join Us

  • Mission + Impact: Build technology that helps local governments better serve citizens and businesses.

  • Ownership + Innovation: Lead a flagship product with meaningful ownership and strategic influence.

  • Growth + Learning: Partner with experienced product and executive leaders committed to mentorship and professional development.

  • Culture + Collaboration: Join a company recognized for its values-driven culture, collaborative environment, and relentless focus on customer success.

  • Compensation + Opportunity: Competitive salary, benefits, and clear pathways toward senior product leadership.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and execute the product vision for Schneider Geospatial's Parcel Management solutions.

  • Partner with the CPO and executive leadership to align product strategy with company objectives and market opportunities.

  • Translate customer feedback, market trends, evolving data standards, and competitive insights into a compelling product roadmap.

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI, automation, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to modernize parcel workflows, improve data quality, and create meaningful customer value.

  • Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for parcel data management, property assessment and taxation workflows, GIS integration, and public property-information access.

Execution & Delivery

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to translate product strategy into actionable user stories, features, and technical priorities.

  • Manage product backlogs and drive execution using Agile methodologies.

  • Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure successful product adoption and measurable customer outcomes.

  • Develop data-driven business cases for new features and enhancements that improve data quality, customer outcomes, and business value.

  • Support Sales and Marketing through product demonstrations, competitive positioning, launch planning, and customer education.

  • Leverage AI-enabled tools, product analytics, customer insights, and experimentation to accelerate product discovery, improve decision-making, and continuously enhance the user experience.

Customer & Market Insight

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand parcel-data workflows, operational challenges, statutory requirements, integration needs, and opportunities for innovation.

  • Monitor product performance, industry trends, data standards, legislation, and competitive offerings to inform ongoing product strategy.

  • Represent Schneider Geospatial at customer meetings, assessor and GIS conferences, user groups, and industry events as a trusted product leader.

What You Bring

Our Product Managers are both strategic and hands-on, comfortable defining long-term vision while diving into product details that create exceptional customer experiences. You enjoy collaborating across disciplines, solving complex business problems, and building products customers genuinely love.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS, GovTech, workflow automation, or business process software.

  • Experience with parcel management, property assessment or taxation, cadastral GIS, land records, public records access, or related local government technologies strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to translate customer and data-workflow needs into product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.

  • Strong technical fluency and experience partnering with Engineering on modern SaaS products, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architectures, and web applications; ability to engage credibly in technical tradeoff discussions without needing to be an engineer.

  • Familiarity with modern SaaS architectures (.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

  • Understanding of modern web application frameworks (Angular, React) and user experience principles.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using customer, product, and data-quality metrics to drive product decisions.

  • Curiosity and practical fluency with AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to evaluate where new capabilities can meaningfully improve customer workflows, product experiences, and business outcomes.

  • Experience working with Agile teams and tools such as Jira.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Public Administration, GIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Your Future with Us

As Product Manager for Parcel Management, you'll shape the future of one of Schneider Geospatial's most strategic product lines while helping local governments modernize parcel operations and make property information more accessible to their communities.

This role offers significant visibility across the executive team, opportunities to influence company-wide product strategy, and a clear path toward Senior Product Manager, Director of Product Management, or broader product leadership as Schneider Geospatial continues its growth.
