Role Overview:
Product Managers at OneApp own their product end-to-end. In this role, you will lead a primary revenue driver, used daily by property management companies and renters.
Product Managers are responsible for deepening the product's value for existing customers and growing revenue from an established product by improving workflows, strengthening the data model behind applications, screening, claims, and approval experience. In this role, the Product Managers will work together building our next-generation platform, Providing them clear ownership of their product surface while collaborating on the shared platform underneath.

- Work Hours: Full Time, Hours Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (your local time)
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product experience, helping property management companies evaluate applications quickly, fairly, and confidently from renter application intake through screening, approval, and claims.
- Define what our PMC customers need from screening and approvals, as well as identifying what they are not getting today while owning the product roadmap that closes those gaps.
- Hands-on execution working with engineering, design, and QA in a collaborative process where you will be writing clear requirements and acceptance criteria, participating in quality reviews, and shipping improvements.
- Own the backlog and priorities, keeping the team's work aligned with product strategy and company goals.
- Define, instrument, and track the metrics that measure product health and success, both pre- and post-launch, and use them to drive decisions.
- Be the voice of the customer across teams, partnering with marketing, sales, and customer experience on go-to-market, feedback loops, and support readiness.
Qualifications & Criteria
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience growing and optimizing established products with active customers and revenue
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, with proven use of data and metrics throughout the product development process and experience driving through product intuition
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- History of shipping in agile environments: writing requirements, managing backlogs, and measuring impact after launch
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- Experience across both B2B and B2C products
- Experience defining requirements for AI/ML-powered features
- Familiarity with proptech, rental housing, fintech, or screening/underwriting products
- Experience building usage dashboards, service review documentation, and roadmap presentations
- Experience with writing basic SQL and how to use analytics tools
