ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Publisher Integrations Team. This role will serve as a bridge between research, planning, marketing, and execution, helping shape the future of AdAction’s  products and features. You'll own the strategic development of key initiatives, guiding them through discovery, prioritization, execution, and performance tracking phases.

A key focus of this role will be evolving and scaling our publisher integration suite (SDKs, APIs, etc), publisher monetization features, and our publisher management portal so partners can onboard quickly, configure our platform, and monitor performance with confidence. You’ll explore, validate, and champion innovations that reduce integration friction, unlock new opportunities, and build towards a product suite that produces successful publisher partnerships through premier performance .

This role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical product thinking, data, and collaboration. You’ll drive initiatives that improve partner onboarding, configuration workflows, reporting/monitoring, and operational reliability – ensuring publishers can launch, scale, and troubleshoot integrations while we deliver best-in-class campaign performance for our advertisers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap that powers our publisher integrations, publisher admin portal, and features that drive monetization and user engagement

  • Lead research efforts to identify publisher needs, integration friction points, market opportunities, and feature innovations.

  • Own the roadmap planning process by translating business goals, partner feedback, and performance insights into a clear set of priorities and timelines, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders

  • Lead the creation of actionable pre-dev roadmaps that bridge strategic concepts with technical implementation, reducing ambiguity before engineering engagement

  • Oversee product and feature launches, ensuring seamless delivery, partner enablement, and adoption.

  • Define and evolve integration standards (e.g., SDK/API versioning, authentication, event schemas, documentation, deprecation) to provide a consistent partner experience.

  • Define measurement frameworks to assess the impact of new initiatives and drive continuous improvement (e.g. time-to-integrate, partner satisfaction), with a bias towards impact on core company goals and KPIs

  • Partner with marketing and BD to promote new launches internally and externally, ensuring product narratives resonate with partners and clients.

  • Serve as a connector across the business, fostering collaboration and ensuring initiatives are well integrated.  Participate in the development and refinement of core company goals and KPIs

  • Help lead the integration and development of AI-driven tooling and solutions across both external product offerings and internal workflows, identifying opportunities where AI can increase efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation.

  • Help guide the ongoing evolution of our product mindset and practices, ensuring we stay adaptive, collaborative, and always improving.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of experience in product strategy, with strong B2B platform / partner-facing experience and a preference for adtech/performance marketing background

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, instrumentation, and decision-making frameworks.

  • Experience building or managing integrations (APIs/SDKs), partner onboarding flows, and/ administrative portals.

  • Experience developing and executing launch and enablement plans for new platform capabilities (e.g., documentation, release notes, partner communications, and beta programs).

  • Knowledge of performance marketing KPIs and best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear narratives.

  • Collaborative and proactive approach, with experience working across multiple teams.

  • Experience and strong aptitude with AI tools and solutions, including applying emerging technologies to product strategy, data analysis, or operational processes.

CULTURE FIT
  • Curious mindset with a drive to ask questions and uncover opportunities.

  • Hustle and ownership mentality — you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

  • Comfort with a Mission Aligned Team framework

  • Comfort with Lean Product Management practices

  • Comfort with data and the ability to use it to inform decisions.

  • Empathy for partners and a desire to make complex technical workflows simple, reliable, and scalable.

  • Energized by engaging with all parts of the business.
