Wormhole Labs is a core contributor to Wormhole, the leading cross-chain messaging protocol powering the rails that let value move seamlessly across blockchains. Our work spans protocol development, trading systems, and applications, helping bring a multi-chain future to life. We operate at global scale and support billions of dollars in value movement across networks.

We're a team of builders who deeply care about making crypto accessible and solving foundational problems across decentralized finance. If shipping at this frontier sounds compelling, we'd like to meet you.
As Product Manager for Stablecoins, you will lead the development of products that make using stablecoins feel simple, seamless, and ubiquitous. You will define strategy, lead execution, and drive adoption of stablecoin infrastructure powering next-generation payments, transfers, and DeFi applications. Your work will shape how users and developers move value through the multi-chain ecosystem.

What you will do
  • Define and drive the product vision, goals, and strategy for stablecoin utility and payment across chains.

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, iterating continuously based on feedback and data.

  • Partner with engineering, design, and business development to deliver stablecoin products trusted by users and partners.

  • Stay close to ecosystem trends and regulatory developments to identify emerging opportunities and risks.

  • Use data relentlessly to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and accelerate product learning cycles.

The ideal candidate will
  • Have 4+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in financial infrastructure, payments, or crypto products at scale.

  • Combine deep crypto-native insight with hands-on experience as both a user and a builder.

  • Be passionate about payments and stablecoins, familiar with regulatory considerations, and excited to work on payment flows, settlement mechanisms, or developer APIs.

  • Operate with high agency and effect the outcomes you wish to see.

  • Thrive in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments.

We provide
  • Competitive salary and restricted token units, dependent on position type and location.

  • Discretionary bonus dependent on company and individual performance.

  • Unlimited time off, healthcare premium reimbursement, and 401K.

  • Top-of-the-line MacBook Pro laptop.

  • Flexibility of working from wherever you have work authorization, as long as you can work 10-6PM US Eastern Time. We minimize unnecessary meetings, but building decentralized systems requires synchronous communication.

Note: We will only be able to respond to candidates that meet our requirements. If we don’t respond, please assume a polite decline for now.
