Job Description

The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of mental and behavioral healthcare by delivering innovative, user-centered products that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This role owns the lifecycle of medium-scale products and features, driving strategy and execution in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market.

Working at the intersection of healthcare and technology, this position helps bring AI-driven capabilities into the product experience, unlocking new ways to improve outcomes for providers and their clients. Through strong partnerships with a talented, collaborative team, the Product Manager leverages data, research, and critical thinking to define product vision, shape roadmaps, and guide delivery.

This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact—building solutions that enhance user experience, advance mental healthcare, and drive meaningful business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of medium-scale products and features, from discovery through delivery and continuous optimization.

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to customer needs, business priorities, and market opportunities.

  • Translate complex problems into actionable product requirements, ensuring clarity for engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality, impactful product experiences.

  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data, user research, and market insights to inform decisions and prioritize effectively.

  • Drive the integration of AI-driven capabilities into the product, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, intelligence, and user value.

  • Continuously evaluate product performance, using metrics and feedback loops to iterate and improve outcomes.

  • Advocate for the customer by deeply understanding user needs, pain points, and workflows—particularly within the mental and behavioral healthcare space.

  • Collaborate within a high-performing, supportive team environment that values innovation, accountability, and shared success.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains differentiated in a dynamic market.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of product management experience, including managing the lifecycle of small to medium-scale products.

  • Strong ability to think strategically while executing tactically, balancing long-term vision with near-term delivery.

  • Demonstrated experience using data, research, and customer insights to inform product decisions.

  • Familiarity with or interest in AI/ML-driven product capabilities and how they can be applied to improve user experiences and outcomes.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for building meaningful products that improve lives—especially within mental or behavioral healthcare.
